Salon Ciba in its partnership
with TIGI (Tony & Guy) is growing with over 21 years in Seattle’s
trendy neighborhoods Belltown and Capitol Hill.
The opportunity is yours to join
TIGI in Seattle for the world’s top education in haircutting and
colouring standards in our industry. High commissions 55%,
medical/dental, paid vacations, retail bonuses. TIGI education expense
is completely paid for you with travel, airfare and hotel.
You make more money in our salons
than you do leasing a chair and you have the freedom, as you would
leasing. Very flexible hours…part time and full time. Both salons are
very visible in high traffic areas.

Compensation / Benefits & Training:
- 55% commission.
- Salon Ciba-paid tuition, airfare and lodging every year
to the TIGI Academy in Los Angeles..
- Four in-salon education sessions a year from the nationally acclaimed
TIGI artistic team.
- Retail Bonus / Education Fund ~ 10% of Retail Product Sales in cash or
15% to fund non-salon paid education events.
- Medical/Dental Insurance*.
- Vacation ~ one week paid and up to eight weeks off based on seniority*.
- $250 Signing or Recruiting Bonus**.
- Two salons ~ 80% of our staff work in both salons enjoying the
diversity of clientele, scenery and staffmates.
- Schedule Flexibility ~ current staff schedules range from 3 to 5 days
per week.
*Medical/Dental Insurance and paid vacations are available to full-time
staff only.
**Signing or Recruiting Bonus is available to designers with 200 client visits
during first 90 days on staff.

- $10.00/Hr. Starting Compensation.
- Regular Increases based on performance.

- Regence Medical/Dental Insurance ($200 deductible)*.
- Vacation ~ one week paid and up to eight weeks off based on seniority*.

staff only.
