Salon Ciba now offers
both types of career paths for hair designers, employment and leasing.
For Lease Designers:
All-inclusive monthly or part-time leasing. TIGI education expense is also
completely paid for you with travel, airfare and hotel. For the first time, leasing is
now
available in both Salon Ciba-Belltown and Salon Ciba-Capitol Hill!
For Employee Designers: High commissions 55%,
medical/dental, paid vacations, education fund and retail bonuses. TIGI education expense
is completely paid for you with travel, airfare and hotel.

Lease Designers Program & Training:
- All Inclusive - Supplies (TIGI Colour, back bar and styling products)
and Support Services (reception, credit card clearing, website, etc.).
- Salon Ciba-paid tuition, airfare and lodging every year
to the TIGI Academy in New York City.
- Retail Consulting Fee ~ based on 10% of client's retail purchased.
- Four in-area education sessions a year from the nationally acclaimed TIGI artistic team.
- Monthly Leasing ~ Includes All Major Supplies (Plus Colour) & Support Services.
5 Days/ week~$375/week, 4 Days/week~$325/week, 3 Days/ week~$265/week.
- Signing Incentive ~ $250 Off ~ First month's lease.
Employee Designers
Compensation / Benefits & Training:
- 55% commission.
- Salon Ciba-paid tuition, airfare and lodging every year
to the TIGI Academy in New York City.
- Four in-area education sessions a year from the nationally acclaimed TIGI artistic team.
- Retail Bonus / Education Fund ~ 10% of Retail Product Sales in cash or
15% to fund non-salon paid education events.
- Medical/Dental Insurance*.
- Vacation ~ one week paid and up to eight weeks off based on seniority*.
- $250 Signing Incentive or Recruiting Bonus**.
- Two salons ~ 80% of our staff work in both salons enjoying the
diversity of clientele, scenery and staffmates.
- Schedule Flexibility ~ current staff schedules range from 3 to 5 days
per week.
